Into the World of Dreams has been created to help young children to meditate and learn how to use visualisation for the purpose of creating a wonderful way of taking control of their inner world.
 
The Focus of this meditation is to help children to drift of to sleep whilst using their imagination and their creative though processes to enter a space of calm and safety.
